A classicistic manor constructed in 1792 by an Armenian merchant Jakub Paschalis Jakubowicz who established a manufactory of kontush belts in Lipków, for which he was later nobilitated by king Stanisław August Poniatowski. In the 19th century the manor belonged to subsequent owners of Lipków: the families of Jakubowicz, Miecznikowski, Worowski, Młodzianowski and from 1880 Kazimierz Szetkiewicz, father-in-law of Henryk Sienkiewicz. The writer often visited the manor in Lipków and at the request of his wife, the famous duel between Bohun and Michał Wołodyjowski in the “Ogniem I Mieczem” novel was located here. The next owners of the structure were Gustaw Daszkiewicz and Ludwik and Jerzy Suwald. After the breakout of the ww2 the manor was taken over by Wehrmacht soldiers and after the war was over, the building was nationalized and dedicated to serve as a state farm facility. In 1948 the employees accidentally set fire which led manor of the Jakubowicz family to ruin. In the 1950s Warsaw priests Stefan Kowalczyk and Wacław Kurowski successfully made efforts to acquire permission to re-establish the parish of St. Roch in Lipków and in the manor, which was being systematically renovated, they established a clergy house. In 1956 the manor was entered in the monuments register. Episodes of TV shows and films were filmed here: „Odsiecz wiedeńska”, „Trzecia część nocy”, „07 zgłoś się” or „Polskie drogi”.
