A 57 meters long and 2,5 meters wide wooden bridge is the best and the most convenient place to observe nature in the “Łosiowe Błota” (Moose Muds) natural reserve in the Bemowo Forest between Bemowo and Babice. The bridge was constructed at the beginning of 2018 in the place of a former, damaged and deconstructed bridge. The wooden construction does not affect the reserve’s ecosystem. The peat bog nature reserve Łosiowe Błota was established on the 11th of August 1980 in the buffer zone of the Kampinos National Park and occupies an area of over 31,5 ha. Rare plants can be spotted in the area of the reserve, examples include fringed pink or gladiolus imbricatus. Apart from the moose, which travels here from the area of the Kampinos National Park, you can also spot boars, foxes and deer in Łosiowe Błota. Moreover, the wooden bridge reaching the inner part of the reserve is a perfect spot for observing water-mud fowl.
